The winner will be determined on first to guess the correct number, based on time stamp on Entry Form. If no one guesses exact number, the first to guess closest without going over, based on time stamp on the entry form, will be the winner. 7. Odds of winning depend on number of correct guesses. 8. Winner will be notified by Icertis following the counting of the candies, which will take place on Monday, May 16, 2022. Winner need not be present to win. 9. Winner will consent to Publicity rights regarding use of the winner’s name. 10.
